Mala Making Workshop
We first learn about the history and significance of malas, set our intentions and then learn how to create your 108 beads together, infusing our prayers and energy into each bead.
During this 2 hours workshop, your guests will find that the repetitive act of threading 108 beads together becomes an art meditation in itself. This setting also invites the opportunity to share in more personal conversations, share a healthy snacks together, laugh together…. create memories together.
Not only will you leave our workshop with a beautiful and meaningful piece of jewelry, but you will also have gained a deeper understanding of the healing properties of gemstones and how to use your mala necklace in your daily meditation practice.
